One of the most beautiful and flavourful kales we grow. It is very hardy and can withstand temperatures to -10. And the more frost it gets, the sweeter it becomes. Cook as you would any other cooking green.

Interesting comment above … I actually LOVE this one. Sauteed some onion, garlic .. add kale … and a few minutes later some cooked garlic/honey sausages cut up in pieces … pour a few tablespoons of maple syrup .. and voila .. a great Friday night meal.
This kale is also great in green smoothies.
