This is one of our favourites - made with lots of our own romanesco zucchini, swiss chard, onions, roasted red peppers, our heirloom tomato marinara sauce - plus King Eryngii mushrooms –  award-winning organic Quebec cottage cheese and goat/cow cheese from Beurrerie du Patrimoine!
