For this product, we roast our winter squash, then discard the skins and seeds, puree until smooth and silky- then flash-freeze. There are no additives of any kind! We puree many varieties of winter squash including Butternut, Long-Neck Pumpkin, Delicata, Queensland Blue, Acorn, Sweet Mama, New England Pie Pumpkin, and more! Just add to your recipe for your favourite soup, pie, or baked dish! So easy and so good! This is also great as a sweet, healthy, stand-alone dessert – or even baby food!
