These are the best turnips around. We love them as they are very versatile. They can be enjoyed raw, grated on salads, steamed, sliced in a stir-fry – even baked. They are very mild with an almost sweet flavour. They originate in Japan where they are treasured. And the tops are nice as well as a cooking green. Enjoy!

We love these in salads – I actually thought they were super mild radishes until I saw this post. They also last for weeks – I forgot some in the veggie drawer for several weeks and they were just as good in the salad when I found them! Nice!
