At Bryson Farms, we grow the finest, and widest variety of organic produce in the Ottawa Valley. Each year, approximately 2,000 varieties of vegetables are planted at Bryson Farms, making us the largest certified organic grower of heirloom vegetables in Eastern Canada!
We supply enough fresh produce to feed your household for the entire week. And if you feel that the quantity you receive is not enough or is just too much, simply let us know. However, our customers have consistently told us that they have gladly received much more produce than they expected.
Baskets change week-to-week and season-to-season based on what’s fresh and what’s growing. In the Summer and Fall months, customers can expect a wide variety of organic produce, including: root crops, baby leaf greens, tomatoes, corn, peppers, fingerling potatoes, asparagus, snow peas, mangels, zucchini, summer squash, Lobster or Chanterelle mushrooms, micro-greens, cucumbers, baby bok choy and more!
Thanks to our greenhouse operation and extensive cold storage, our Winter and Spring baskets are also very versatile. They often include: root vegetables, winter squash, micro and salad greens, cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, music garlic, Chioggia beets, kale and in the spring, special crops, like fiddleheads!

At Bryson Farms we offer our customers a variety of fresh and dehydrated, handpicked wild Quebec mushrooms. Skilled experts harvest the mushrooms, which can often be found in wooded areas, located by streams and other water sources.
Among the varieties harvested and available at Bryson Farms are Chanterelle, Lobster and Morel mushrooms.
Certified Organic Meats and Eggs
At Bryson Farms, customers have access to certified organic Canadian eggs, turkey, chicken and beef. Customers can choose from a wide selection of cuts and ready-to- enjoy meal options.
On the farm, we raise grass-fed Charolais beef. Our small herd is raised in an ideal setting, with access to open fields, shelter, fresh grasses and other legumes. In addition, our cattle are federally inspected, hormone-free and certified organic. Ontario-raised poultry products and eggs are also available for purchase through Bryson Farms, including whole chickens and turkeys!
