Bryson
Farms is honoured to already have its produce featured by
many of Ottawa's finest restaurants, government institutions,
and caterers. We offer year-round production of fresh salad
greens, micro-greens, pea shoots, potatoes, fingerlings, carrots,
beets, and other root crops as well as dozens of varieties
of winter squash and pumpkins in addition to hundreds of varieties
of exotic vegetables during the growing season.
We take
pride in our produce and are absolutely accountable for everything
we produce. If you ever have a problem with anything you purchase
from us, we want to know about it as soon as possible so that
we can implement steps to upgrade our system and treat you
fairly.
We guarantee
that everything you order will be harvested the day before
delivery so that you can provide your customers with the freshest
produce available anywhere.

We
deliver twice a week (Tuesday and Friday mornings) into
Ottawa-Gatineau at no extra charge to central Ottawa
to ensure you a continuous supply of fresh produce.
If you require an "special delivery" on any
day of the week other than Tuesdays and Fridays, we
require a $75.00 special delivery charge if we are even
able to make the delivery.
To
enable us to fill your orders, we must receive them
by: 5:00 p.m. Sunday for the Tuesday delivery; or 5:00
p.m. Wednesday for the Friday delivery.
We encourage
"standing orders" with our commercial customers
for many of the items we grow. A "standing order"
means that we deliver a predetermined amount of produce
every Tuesday and/or Friday automatically without the
need for you to place an order.
We enjoy
working with chefs to supply precisely what they need
for a specific occasion, and we do all of this at the
best price possible. We encourage you to speak with
us directly about any question, request, or need you
may have. |

Our
Market Availability/Price List varies from week to week,
depending on what we have to sell, its quantity, and
market conditions. The list is generated every Sunday
and features everything we have to sell to our commercial
customers, prices, and sometimes volume discounts. We
email you our Market Availability list every week.
For new
accounts, our terms are "net 30 days." Delinquent
accounts are permanently cancelled.

the list of those who receive the weekly Market Lists
