Bryson Farms Petition

Help Support Stuart Collins, the employees of Bryson Farms, and Local Businesses in the Pontiac Region of Quebec by signing our Petition of Support.

The Petition will be sent to:

Lawrence Cannon, M.P., Minister of Transportation and Robert Nicholson, Minister of Justice.

Our Petition asks these Members of Parliament to intervene on behalf of Stuart B. Collins and stop his Extradition to the United States.

The Minister of Justice has the authority to stop Stuart Collins’ extradition to the United States with the stroke of his pen and Lawrence Cannon should use his influence with the Conservative Government to stop Stuart Collins’ extradition and, in so doing, protect the residents of his Riding in the Pontiac Region of Quebec.

In order to save many jobs in the Pontiac Region of Quebec and to prevent a severe injustice from occurring, I ask your urgent intervention to use your influence in the Conservative Government to stop the Extradition of Stuart B. Collins to the United States (Texas):

1. By immediately staying the Surrender Order entered against Stuart B. Collins, signed by then Minister of Justice, Vic Toews, on 28 September 2006; and
2. By instructing the International Assistance Group of the Department of Justice to promptly undertake to achieve, through negotiations with the attorney for Stuart B. Collins and the Texas prosecutor, a fair resolution of the charges laid against Mr. Collins in the State of Texas.
